David Willis is the co-owner of The Land Bee. Born and raised in Texas, David spent over 30 years working as a software developer, including 20 years running his own successful software development company.

Today, he focuses on buying land throughout Texas and enjoying time with his family.
Trammie Nguyen
Trammie Nguyen is the co-owner and manager of The Land Bee. Trammie was born in Missouri and moved to Texas when she was five years old. She graduated from the University of Texas and has spent the past twenty years working in corporate America for large publicly traded companies.
Throughout her career, Trammie has built a reputation for doing honest business and treating people right. Whether it’s a handshake or a signed contract, she believes in being respectful, transparent, and always keeping her word.
Outside of work, Trammie is a proud parent to three amazing kids and two lovable dogs, Spot and Chloe. Her family keeps her grounded and reminds her of what truly matters.
